In 2020, in a hospital bed, I decided to start a new career at the age of 55. I needed something to speed it up, to get more done in less time.

I've spent 28 years building businesses. I started four from scratch, ran my own marketing agency since 1998, and helped Apple build its online chat support in 2006. Over the last ten years I've coached more than 200 business owners and professionals one-on-one.

How much time does it take each week?
Two calls a week with me: a teaching call and a build call. Each call runs as long as you need it to. Between calls, your AI operator puts what we built to work in your business.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Every week starts with a teaching call where I show you how it works and how it applies to your business. Then we build it together, live, on the build call.
Which AI tools do I need, and what do they cost?
A $20-a-month plan for Claude or ChatGPT. Your assistant is set up on your own account in week 0.
What do I keep when the eight weeks are over?
Everything. Your assistant, every skill we built and your business knowledge folder are on your own account. They keep working after our last call.
Can someone on my team do this with me?
Yes. The one requirement is a dedicated AI operator. That can be you, the owner, or one person on your team who owns putting AI to work.
What if I miss a call?
Every call is one on one, so nothing gets missed. If you can't make a call, we reschedule it. Every call is recorded, too.
When do we start?
We start within two weeks after enrollment closes.
